Gap Year Planning During COVID-19

Join Jane and Jason Sarouhan - J2Guides co-founders, gap year counselors and lifelong experiential educators - on Wednesdays at 7pm EST for a free, 30-minute webinar with Q&A.

As we always do at J2Guides, we begin with #whatisyourwhy. Then we explore the current gap year landscape, program adaptations, and strategies to identify and meet your goals amidst COVID-19. This webinar is ideal for high school seniors, current gappers, college students and parents who are trying to understand the living and learning environments that are available and best for them.

Plan the Gap: cohort or self-paced.

Learn gap year planning and COVID-19 strategies, and receive personalized program referrals. Ideal for 1/2 year planning!

Plan the Gap includes our signature and interactive Explore the Gap training. Either with a group or self-paced, students identify their gap year goals, budgets and safety parameters, as well as develop COVID-19 planning strategies and resources. Then students work one-on-one with their J2Guide - Jane or Jason - to identify student-specific gap year options.

Join the next cohort or choose our self-paced option.

Just beginning your gap year planning, or need help for the next 1/2 of your year? Plan the Gap allows you to start with our Explore the Gap training, or jump right into your one-on-one meetings with Jane or Jason.

Early in the pandemic the media highlighted both gap year and college strategies for the 2020-2021 academic year.
