Hello! We are Jane & Jason Sarouhan, the J2 of J2Guides.
We have devoted our entire careers to supporting young adults in wilderness, international and experiential settings and are the only Gap Year Association accredited consultants who have held every role in our field. Over the last 30 years we have: taken gap time ourselves; guided dozens of gap year programs; designed experiential education curriculum and risk management protocol; directed a national nonprofit with service learning programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America; and worked with over a thousand gap year students.
